What we collect
- Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if you give one) and the items you order.
- Payment data: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Messages you send us, such as emails or contact-form messages.
- Technical data such as IP address, device and browser details, and cookies used to keep the shop working (for example your bag) and to understand how the site is used.
How and why we use it
- To take, deliver and support your order (contract).
- To keep records and meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and keep the shop secure and working (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails only if you have opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
Who we share it with
Shopify (our shop platform and payment processing), delivery carriers, and service providers who help us run the shop and who are only allowed to use data to provide their service. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for the purposes above, including the period required for tax and accounting records, then delete or anonymise them.
