Returns and refunds

This policy supplements, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Cancelling your order (14 days)

If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods (or, for orders delivered in separate parts, the last item), without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly in writing (for example by email to contact@nooaad.com) with your order number.

Sending items back

Please send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, to: Coconut Squishy, 30 Navigation Way, Gomersal BD11 2PP, United Kingdom. Unless we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please take reasonable care of them while they are with you and keep proof of postage.

Refunds

We will refund the price you paid, and standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving evidence that you have sent them back, if earlier). We refund to the payment method you used. We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is needed to decide whether to keep them and their value has fallen as a result.

Faulty or misdescribed items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. Email contact@nooaad.com with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires. We will refund reasonable costs of returning faulty goods.
