Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Coconut Squishy, 30 Navigation Way, Gomersal BD11 2PP, United Kingdom (contact@nooaad.com). They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) at checkout, together with any delivery charges, before you pay. If we find a pricing error we will tell you and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming dispatch of your goods. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address, in which case we will refund anything you have paid.

Safety

Our squishy balls are toys, not food or chew toys. Follow the age and care guidance on the product page and use with adult supervision for younger children.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also rely on the law of your home nation, and the courts of your home nation may have jurisdiction.
