Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and France, and to other countries at checkout where delivery is available to your address.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: £3.90 per order.
- Free shipping on orders of £20.00 or more.
The shipping cost applies per order, not per item, and is the same for every destination we ship to. Prices and shipping costs are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed, before it is handed to the carrier.
- Delivery: typically 2 to 8 days after dispatch, depending on your address.
In total, most orders arrive within about 3 to 10 days of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier, customs and public holidays.

Order confirmation and dispatch
You will receive an email when your order is placed and another when it has been shipped. Where the carrier provides tracking, the shipping email includes a tracking link.
Delays, damage and missing items
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time shown at checkout, arrives damaged, or items are missing, please email support@coconutsquishy.com with your order number and we will help put it right.
